What software do you use?

I support the three leading small-business accounting platforms: QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave. I can help you get set up on whichever platform best fits your business, or work with your existing account.

How often will I receive financial reports?

Monthly. You'll receive your Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and any custom reports by the 15th of the following month.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?

Absolutely. I work with small businesses nationwide through remote bookkeeping services. Everything is handled through your accounting platform and secure file sharing, so location is never a barrier.

What's included in the free consultation?

We'll discuss your current bookkeeping situation, your business needs, and which package would be the best fit. There's no obligation and no pressure. It's a chance for us to see if we're a good match.

How do I send you my financial documents?

I accept documents through your accounting platform's built-in features, secure email, or other secure file-sharing methods. I'll set up a system that works best for your workflow.

Can you help me catch up on past bookkeeping?

Yes. If your books need cleanup, we'll start with a catch-up period (typically 1-3 months depending on the backlog) before transitioning to regular monthly service. Catch-up work is quoted separately.

What are your payment terms?

Services are billed monthly on the 1st or 15th (your choice). I accept checks and ACH/direct deposit. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
